When will I receive my order?

If no different delivery time has been specified or agreed for the order in question, the delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days, as counted from the beginning of a working week that begins on Monday and ends on Friday.

For order values of more than $1,000 USD to destinations outside the US, please allow for an extra couple of days to process the mandatory customs declaration.

How can I track my order?

For security purposes, we are not releasing tracking information to prevent your order from being re-routed to an unverified address. Please contact us through email or phone to get a live update of your order status.

Is international shipping available?

Yes.

Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?

Yes.

What shipping carrier is used for my order?

In most cases we use USPS First Class Mail. If orders vary we may use FedEx or UPS.

How are orders packed for shipment?

Our fulfillment team will hand pack, following or shipping guidelines, your items to avoid any movement, noise, or damage during transit. In addition, the packaging is tamper-proof, ensuring no tampering before your order reaches you.

Iv ordered online, what happens next?

After payment, you will receive a brief conformation email. We will then begin to pack and ship your entire order. You can also sign up for live status updates via phone or email.

Can I store my metals with you?

Yes. You will be given the option to store your newly purchased products with us upon ordering. If you missed this option you can contact us via phone or email. If you chose to store your metals with us, we will then ship the products to a designated secure location where they will be stored by our Secure Storage system. Click here to learn more.

How can I sell my gold and silver?

If you’re interested in selling at least $1,000 worth of bullion, you qualify to sell your metals. We buy all gold and silver bullion products. After verification, we direct deposit the funds straight into your account within one business day, no waiting for payment! Click here to learn more.

What payment options are available?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, PayPal Credit, bank wires, paper checks, ACH, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bitcoin and Ethereum. ”Paper checks” include personal checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, online bill pay, bank drafts, and traveler’s checks. We do not accept convenience checks or prepaid cards.

Is there a maximum order limit?

There is no maximum order price. On orders greater than $500,000.00, we recommend you contact our Sales Department at 1+ (555) 555-5555 to lock in your order price over the phone. Additionally, we currently have a per-transaction limit of $50,000 on international orders paid by credit card.

Is it better to buy gold, silver, or both?

We recommend diversifying your investments across gold, silver, platinum, and more. We sell a variety of sizes and weights to accommodate any budget and invest strategy. 

How can I open a BullionSelect account?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with every order. We provide all of our customers with a refund or exchange. To start a return please contact our Returns Department, there they will give you instructions on how to return your items and at that time, you will be given a Return Authorization Number and further assistance on how to complete your return. When will my items show in my portfolio?

After you have ordered, your items will show in your portfolio when we have completed processing your order and shipped or stored your items. Items purchased over the phone may not show within your portfolio as quickly as an online order. If you have any queries about your portfolio items please call us.

Can I pick up my order in person?

For security purposes, we do not accept in-person pickups as we like to keep or offices and warehouses as discrete as possible for all of our customers precious metals.
